ADHD assessment & support
If ADHD has shaped more than you realised.
Thorough, lived-experience-informed assessment and support across the lifespan, with a focus on adolescents and adults, plus a clear, practical way forward once you have answers.
Does this sound familiar?
What ADHD can look like.
It rarely looks like the stereotype. For a lot of adolescents and adults, it's quieter, more exhausting and easy to mistake for a personal failing.
Time slips away from you
Deadlines sneak up, you're always 10 minutes behind, and "I'll do it later" quietly becomes never.
A mind that won't settle
Twelve tabs open at once, hard to start things, harder to stop the ones you're hyper-focused on.
Clutter, lists and lost keys
Systems that work for a week and then collapse, and a low hum of feeling disorganised.
Effort that doesn't show
Working twice as hard to look half as on-top-of-it, then burning out from the masking.
Feelings that hit fast
Big reactions, rejection that stings more than it should, and trouble with the brakes.
"Capable but underdone"
A long history of potential that never quite matched the day-to-day, and not knowing why.
None of this is a diagnosis on its own, and plenty of people relate to a few of these without having ADHD. That's exactly what an assessment is for. And if you have a child with ADHD, give us a call and we can discuss the best options for how to proceed.
The assessment
Thorough, and built around you.
No 10-minute checklist. A proper process, with someone who knows ADHD from the inside.
A first conversation
We start with a free 15-minute call, then an initial session to understand your history, your patterns and what you're hoping to make sense of.
A thorough assessment
Structured, evidence-based assessment that looks at the whole picture, not a 10-minute checklist. We take the time it actually takes.
Clear findings
You receive a clear explanation of what we found and what it means, written in plain language you can actually use.
Somewhere to go with it
A diagnosis is a start, not an end. We turn it into practical direction for work, study, relationships and day-to-day life.
Why it's different here
Assessed by someone who's been there.
A lot of adults come to an assessment after years of being told they were lazy, scattered or just not trying hard enough. I've felt a version of that too.
My own late ADHD diagnosis is part of why this is the heart of my practice. It changes the tone of the room: you're not explaining yourself to someone reading from a script, and you're far less likely to be quietly written off.
The biochemistry-into-psychology background means we can talk about how ADHD actually works in the brain, without the mystique. And because I work across cultures, we can hold the parts of your story that don't fit a textbook template.
Starting is the hard part
