Whatever you're facing,
let's work through it together.
Book a free 15-minute call, or just tell us what's going on. Solution-focused therapy for individuals dealing with ADHD, trauma, anxiety and more.
A clear next step
Are you experiencing any of this?
You don't need a diagnosis or the right words to start. Pick what feels closest. It's a dignified way to say "yes, that's me", and a clear place to begin.
The objective
Psychology that helps you see clearly, then gives you somewhere to go with it.
Therapy with Zameer is direct, human, and light when it needs to be. The point is to get the whirlwind of thoughts and feelings out, organise them, and process them in a way that makes sense. You get to understand how your mind works, how behaviour works, and apply that to your life.
Solutions-focused, not just affirming
We name what's actually going on and build a practical way forward. It works whether or not you've found therapy worthwhile before.
Cross-culturally fluent
Multilingual and genuinely at home across community-oriented cultures, so you don't have to translate yourself before we begin.
Real lived experience
ADHD, trauma and migration aren't just textbook topics here. Talking to somebody with lived experience can be a very different conversation.
Not sure where you'd start? Let's work it out together.
About me
Hi, I'm Zameer.
If you've tried therapy before and it didn't click, or you've been putting it off because you couldn't picture a therapist who'd actually get you, you're exactly who I started this practice for.
My life has stretched across Canada, India, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania and now Australia, and I speak English, Urdu and Hindi. When you've lived between cultures, you learn there's no single "right" way to think, feel or heal, and I bring that into every session. I also know ADHD from the inside: my own late diagnosis is a big part of why ADHD and trauma are now the heart of my practice.
My approach is warm, direct and solutions-focused, with the occasional bit of humour. Talking about serious things doesn't always have to feel heavy.
If any of this sounds like you, book a free 15-minute call and let's see if we're the right fit.
What I offer
Ways I can help
Whatever brings you in, the work stays practical and solutions-focused. Here's where most of it lands.
Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions matched to you, not a template.
Adult ADHD assessment & diagnosis
A thorough, lived-experience-informed process for adults who suspect ADHD has shaped more than they realised.
Culturally responsive therapy
Sessions in English, Urdu or Hindi, with someone genuinely at home across community-oriented cultures.
Performance & lifestyle support
For high-functioning people who want to sharpen focus, health and longevity, not just manage a crisis.
How it works
Starting is simpler than it feels.
No referral needed to begin, and no commitment to keep going. Three steps, at your pace.
Reach out
Book a free 15-minute call or send a booking enquiry. Tell me as much or as little as you like, there's no pressure to have the words yet.
We make sense of it
In our first sessions we work out what's actually going on, together and without a script. This is where the biochemistry-into-psychology lens earns its keep.
A clear way forward
You leave with practical direction and something to do with it between sessions, not just a space to sit in how you feel.
Good questions
Before you reach out
A few things people often want to know first. Still wondering about something? The free 15-minute call is the easiest way to ask.
Do I need a referral or mental health care plan to start?
No. You're welcome to book directly, and many people do. If you'd like to claim a Medicare rebate, let your GP know and they can set up a mental health care plan (not a treatment plan) and a referral, but it's not required to begin, and it's not a barrier if you don't have one.
What happens in the free 15-minute call?
It's a relaxed, no-pressure chat to see if we're a good fit, before you commit to anything. You can tell me a little about what's going on, ask me anything, and get a feel for how I work. There's no obligation to book a session afterward.
Do you offer telehealth, or do I need to come in?
Both. I see clients in person in Toowong and over telehealth right across Australia, so distance, a busy schedule or a tough day getting out the door doesn't have to get in the way.
What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't help?
Then you're exactly who I had in mind. A lot of people who reach out have sat through therapy that felt vague or didn't quite land. The work here stays practical and solution-focused, and we'll keep adjusting until it actually fits you. It's my job to support you, and if you feel like the wheels are spinning in our sessions, I will help you find somebody who could be a better fit.
Can you see me if English isn't my first language?
Yes. I offer sessions in English, Urdu and Hindi, and I'm genuinely at home working across community-oriented cultures. For languages I don't speak, we offer a free interpreter for sessions. You won't have to translate or over-explain where you've come from before we can get started.
Starting is the hard part
